She supports clients over the phone and through text, helps schedule appointments, answers questions about services, and guides clients toward the treatment or therapist that may best fit what they’re looking for.

With a background in marketing, strategy, and client experience, Michelle brings a thoughtful and organized approach to the behind-the-scenes details that keep Eden Place running smoothly. She enjoys getting to know clients, understanding what they need, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for before they ever walk through the door.

Although Michelle works remotely from Connecticut, she stays closely connected to the Eden Place team and community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, home projects and decorating, thrifting, and spending time with her family.
