Erika is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a deeply holistic approach to bodywork, rooted in the belief that meaningful healing can take place when we feel safe, supported, and met exactly where we are. She brings a gentle yet grounded presence to each session, creating space for relaxation and healing on a physical, mental, emotional, and whole-person level.

Erika's journey into bodywork began in 2016 when she was first introduced to Traditional Thai Massage. She quickly fell in love with the ancient practice and its unique approach to supporting the body through therapeutic touch, movement, and the body's energy lines. After years of studying Thai Massage and experiencing its potential to bring relief and restore balance, she became a Licensed Massage Therapist to broaden her skills and share the benefits of therapeutic touch with others.

Erika offers both classic full-body massage and Table Thai Massage, tailoring her approach to what each client needs from their session. Traditional Thai Massage remains one of her specialties, with more than 500 hours of training, including a month-long intensive in Laos with teachers trained in the tradition of the Sunshine Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She also enjoys incorporating foot reflexology and elements of Thai Massage into her bodywork when appropriate, blending therapeutic techniques with intuitive transitions to encourage deep relaxation, release tension, and create a greater sense of ease within the body.

Her approach is also influenced by an extensive background in yoga and mindfulness. Erika holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, has completed more than 500 hours of yoga training, and earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Mindfulness Studies from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. Together, these practices inform the calm, intentional presence she brings to her bodywork.

Erika loves witnessing the impact therapeutic touch can have on a person's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Her hope is that each client leaves their session feeling renewed, rejuvenated, deeply relaxed, and simply better than when they arrived.

Outside of massage therapy, Erika stays grounded through her daily yoga, meditation, and exercise practices. She also loves traveling, exploring new experiences, spending time in nature, and longboarding.
